Our Spirituality is characterised by its Marian dimensions. A great emphasis is placed on interior life and being contemplatives in action. “Finding God in all things and all things in God”.
Our Name “Daughters of the Heart of Mary” (DHM) reminds us "that the Virgin Mary totally devoted to the person and work of her Son, is the model of her love for Christ" and for humanity. We are thus committed to love the Blessed Virgin, honour her and make her loved.
The spirituality of the Daughters of the Heart of Mary is of Ignatian filiation. This implies that from contemplative prayer and the experience of ongoing discernment, our thoughts, feelings, desires and actions are conformed to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary, in order to make God's merciful love present in the world.
